KHND, Henderson Executive is good w/ great service & reasonable fuel.

Also there is only one FBO at Henderson so you just let ground bring you in without worrying about the FBO standoff (2 follow me carts going different directions...aka- Cutter/Swift at PHX).

North Las Vegas has a tricky departure too. Plan ahead if you go there.

If you depart VFR you can just stay below 5,000' for a few mins then it's pretty much wide open and since the weather is almost always clear it's often easier to do that and pick up a clearance enroute.
